What Working Together Looks Like

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Our work is reflective and dynamic, with space to explore experiences that may feel complex, unresolved, or difficult to articulate elsewhere.

We focus on understanding the emotional and relational patterns that  have developed over time and that continue to influence your internal and external life. As these processes are understood, greater clarity, flexibility, and a sense of agency emerge. 

My approach integrates evidence-based frameworks and is guided by clinical expertise. Therapy is responsive to each individual in front of me, rather than by a preset model.
